How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. Create your account, add your team name, and start adding players. The interface is designed for coaches — clear labels, no confusing technical settings.
Can I import my existing player data?
Yes. You can import players from Excel or CSV files, or add them manually one by one. Bulk import supports player details including contact info, positions, and stats.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Football Hub is 100% web-based. Open it in any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer — no installation, no app store required.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Football Hub is fully responsive and designed for iOS and Android browsers. Access your squad, build sessions, and track live matches from the touchline on your phone.

What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 1 team, up to 15 players, basic player profiles, call-ups/availability, and 3 AI analyses a month. No credit card required, no time limit — free forever. Session builder, calendar, attendance tracking and PDF reports unlock on the Club plan; GPS and scouting unlock on Academy.
What is the difference between Club, Academy and Elite Pro?
Club (€19.90/month) adds the full session builder, tactical board, injury tracker, PDF player reports, attendance tracking, season planner, match analysis, up to 3 teams, and 3 staff seats. Academy (€89.90/month) adds the video hub (30GB), GPS analytics, daily wellness tracking, the scouting pipeline, up to 20 teams and 10 staff seats. Elite Pro (€179.90/month) adds unlimited AI analyses, full white-label branding and unlimited staff seats — no plan ever charges a per-seat fee.
How do staff seat invites work?
Club coaches can invite up to 3 staff members, Academy up to 10, and Elite Pro has no limit. Staff seats are included in your plan price — there is no per-seat fee. After accepting an invite, each staff member gets access to the same features as their head coach.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly to unlock more features. Downgrade at any time — your data is always preserved and accessible.
What AI does Football Hub use?
Football Hub uses Google Gemini and an open-source Llama model, with automatic failover between them so analysis keeps working even if one provider is temporarily unavailable. Both are capable of analysing match notes, generating scouting reports, and answering tactical questions in seconds.
Do you offer discounts for clubs or academies?
Yes. Email us at contact@footballhub.pro for club packages managing multiple coaches. We work out pricing based on your specific setup.
Data & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is hosted on Supabase, a SOC2-certified infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Football Hub is fully GDPR compliant and your player data is never shared or sold to third parties.
Who can see my team data?
Only you and coaches you explicitly invite. Your data is completely private. We do not share, sell, or access your information without your permission.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account moves to the free plan. You keep all your data and can export player lists, session plans, and reports to PDF or CSV at any time. Your data is always yours.

How do I get help?
Email us at contact@footballhub.pro. Academy and Elite Pro users get priority responses. We also have documentation and guides inside the dashboard.
What languages does Football Hub support?
Currently available in full English and French. The language toggles in the top navigation bar. More languages are on the roadmap — contact us to request one.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted.
Can I manage multiple teams with one account?
Yes. Club supports up to 3 teams. Academy and Elite Pro support unlimited teams — ideal for academy directors and clubs running multiple age groups and squads.
