Not at all! Football Hub is designed for coaches, not tech experts. The interface is intuitive, with clear labels and helpful tooltips. We also provide video tutorials and 24/7 support.
Do I need to download anything?
No! Football Hub is 100% web-based. Access from any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. No installation required. We also have mobile apps coming soon.

What's included in the FREE plan?
The FREE plan includes 1 team (up to 20 players), session builder, basic season planner, attendance tracking, and 30 days data retention. Perfect for grassroots coaches getting started.
What's the difference between PRO and ELITE?
PRO (€19/mo) includes 5 teams, 25 players each, 2 assistant coaches, 4 videos/month, nutrition tracking, and 12 months retention. ELITE (€49/mo) has UNLIMITED everything plus GPS analytics, medical tracking, lifetime archiving, and custom branding.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely! Upgrade instantly to access more features. Downgrade at any time with no penalties. Your data is preserved when you upgrade again.
Do you offer discounts for clubs or academies?
Yes! Contact us for special pricing on club packages (10+ coaches). We offer volume discounts and dedicated support for professional organizations.

Is my data secure?
Yes! We use bank-grade 256-bit encryption for all data. Our servers are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with automatic backups. We're GDPR compliant and ISO 27001 certified.
Who can see my team data?
Only you and coaches you explicitly invite. Your data is completely private. We never share, sell, or access your information without permission.
What happens if I cancel?
You can export all your data anytime. After cancellation, your account moves to FREE plan with 30-day retention. Upgrade again within 30 days to restore everything.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Export player lists, session plans, reports, and statistics to PDF, Excel, or CSV format. Your data is always accessible and portable.

How many coaches can use one account?
FREE: 1 coach only. PRO: Up to 3 staff members. ELITE: Unlimited staff. All invited coaches get full access to collaborate in real-time.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes! Football Hub is fully responsive and works perfectly on phones and tablets. Access from any device with a web browser.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer for annual subscriptions. All payments processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer training or onboarding?
Yes! FREE accounts get self-guided tutorials. PRO accounts get priority email support (24-48h). ELITE accounts get 1-on-1 onboarding calls and express support (2h response).
What if I need help?
We offer 24/7 help center, email support, and live chat during business hours. PRO and ELITE users get priority support with faster response times.

What languages do you support?
Currently available in English and French. Arabic, Spanish, German, and Portuguese coming in 2026. Request a language and we'll prioritize it!
