Football Hub does not offer refunds on subscription payments. All charges are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.
All subscription payments (Pro, Elite, and staff seat fees) are non-refundable. This applies to monthly charges, partial months, and any unused portion of a billing period. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
We offer a permanent free plan specifically so you can evaluate Football Hub thoroughly before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all prospective users to test the platform on the free tier before upgrading.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription page in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. No further charges will occur after cancellation.
In rare cases involving verified technical errors on our part (e.g., double billing, billing after confirmed cancellation), we may issue a credit or refund at our sole discretion. Such decisions are made case-by-case and do not constitute a general refund right.
To report a billing error, contact us at contact@footballhub.pro within 7 days of the charge.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension and may be subject to a dispute fee as permitted by applicable law.
