Refund Policy

We want every coach using Football Hub to be happy. Here's our straightforward refund policy.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is genuinely free — no payment is taken, so no refund is possible or needed.

2. 14-Day Pro Trial

New accounts may receive a 14-day free Pro trial automatically. You will not be charged unless you actively start a paid subscription. The trial converts back to the Free plan if no subscription is started.

3. Monthly Subscriptions (Pro / Max)

Football Hub charges monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.

We do not pro-rate or refund the current billing period when you cancel. This is the standard for monthly SaaS subscriptions.

4. Refund Requests

We will issue a full refund of the most recent payment if:

  • You were charged due to a billing error on our side.
  • The platform was substantially unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • You requested a refund within 7 days of an unintended renewal (e.g. you forgot to cancel before the renewal date).

For these cases, contact us via our Contact page. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved directly within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

7. Plan Changes

Upgrading from Pro to Max takes effect immediately and is pro-rated by Stripe. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Account Deletion and Data

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. To fully delete your account, request it via our Contact page. We will delete your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g. paid invoice records).
