Welcome to Football Hub (footballhub.pro). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Football Hub is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for football coaches and clubs, providing tools to manage players, training sessions, matches, scouting, video, medical records, AI tactical analysis, and related coaching workflows.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Football Hub offers a Free plan and paid plans: Pro at €19/month and Elite at €49/month. Staff seats (invited by a Pro or Elite coach) are billed at €5/month per seat.

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from your Subscription page in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain paid access until that date. No partial refunds are issued; see our Refund Policy.

4. Free Trial

New accounts may receive a trial period. The trial does not require payment and converts back to the Free plan automatically if you do not subscribe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains harmful code.
Attempt to access accounts or data other than your own.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation.
Resell or sublicense access to the platform without explicit written permission.
Use the platform to store or process data in a way that violates applicable data-protection law, including GDPR.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you enter (player data, photos, videos, branding). You grant Football Hub a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose, including AI model training.

7. Data Privacy and GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — 2016/679).

Where you enter data about third parties (e.g., player profiles, medical records), you act as the data controller for that data, and Football Hub acts as a data processor on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data, and for obtaining any necessary consent from players, parents, or guardians.

8. AI Features

AI analysis (Elite plan) is generated by third-party language models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude). Results are provided as coaching guidance only and should not be relied upon as professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Football Hub is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

Coaching notes and context you submit to the AI analyzer are transmitted to the relevant AI provider to generate the response. Do not submit sensitive personal data (such as player health conditions) to AI features unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, AI providers), or unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruptions. We will communicate planned maintenance via in-app notice where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Football Hub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records kept for 7 years per EU tax law).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will communicate material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, French law. For users in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence also apply and are not affected by this clause. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the competent courts.

For EU consumers, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
