Team messaging for football clubs
Keep club conversations in the club, not in personal phone numbers. Staff message each other and the players they coach, each team has its own chat, and the club’s management can reach everyone with one announcement.

What you can do
Private messages
One-to-one conversations between staff of the same club, and between staff and the players they coach, with unread counts and read receipts.
Safeguarding built in
Players cannot message each other privately, and the club owner and directors can read — never write in — every staff–player conversation.
Team chat
One channel per team shared by players and staff, with reactions and search (Elite Pro, with the Player Portal).
Club announcements
The owner or a director posts to staff only or to staff and players, in the app and by e-mail.
E-mail when it matters
One e-mail per unread conversation, and everyone can switch message or announcement e-mails off.
For clubs that want to stop running the season from a dozen personal WhatsApp groups — and need to protect young players while doing it.
Frequently asked questions
Can players message each other?
Not privately. Players talk to their coaches one-to-one and to their team in the team chat, where staff can see the conversation.
Who can read staff–player messages?
The two people in the conversation, plus the club owner and directors, who have read-only access for safeguarding.
Which plan includes messaging?
Private messages between staff are part of the Club plan; players join through the Player Portal on Elite Pro.
